Sarah Palin’s attack on Obama using Ayers.
Sarah Palin jibed Barack Obama well below the belt in what now seems like a cheapened and even more mediocre attempt at defaming the Democratic Presidential Nominee Barack Obama by citing him as being friendly towards terrorists and people like Ayers who was notorious for planning bomb attacks against U.S targets during the Vietnam war (may I add that as another very unpopular war that most Americans deplored).
She went on to quote passages from the New York Times only conveniently omitting the most crucial part of the article as below:
“the two men do not appear to have been close. Nor has Mr. Obama ever expressed sympathy for the radical views and actions of Mr. Ayers, whom he has called ’somebody who engaged in detestable acts 40 years ago, when I was 8.’
Her rhetorical habits are based on her being like the average American, an Ordinary and Simple American but is this giving American Citizens insult to their already most injured intelligence? Does ordinary mean someone who in the prime of Mediocrity should be the representative of the American Joe Bloggs?
Is the blind leading the blind such a good thing? Or do we need a charismatic and strong leader to lead Americans out of the darkness of the current situation, someone who is a beacon of light who possesses extraordinary vision for His People?

Palin is a distraction, and so are her comments. The only people that take her seriously, or believe her have long drunk the Kool-Aid, and are beyond hopeless. In a few years, she will either have vanished into obscurity, or host a show on FAUX News.
Good post.
Cheers
