Joe The Plumber, Obama’s tax plan and Blog of the week!
Well it looks like Joe the Plumber from Ohio doesn’t like the idea that Obama is putting forward an economic reform that would make earners over 250,000 bucks have to fork out a little bit more in taxes to help distribute a little of the wealth that needs to go around in order to give the stagnant Economy some sort of a jump start.
Although in his interviews he hasn’t openly declared who he is voting for it is obvious that he has leanings towards the Republican Campaign and equally declares that the poverty stricken people in the U.S are fortunate and even have cell phones while other poor people around the Word have nothing. I don’t like to use analogies myself like this to excuse the extremely uneven distribution of wealth in America which has come about by failed economic policies as well as a lack of social Ethos. Whatever anyone says you should be proud of where you come from but this shouldn’t blind you to the impediments and wrong doing of Governments and Big Corporations that have left the U.S Economy in tatters. Then again that is just my 2 cents worth!

BLOG OF THE WEEK.
Once a week I will be posting in brief about my blog of the week which I feel is not only a good read but also I like to introduce other great Bloggers to my readers so they can expand their literary pleasures. POLITICS2000 has all the hallmarks of an enthusiastic political journal that will bring a spark to your daily news reads and is written in a style that is both original and is not lacking in finesse.

As the media are “investigating” so-called Joe the Plumber for their stories things are appearing like the fact he’s not a licensed plumber and he actually owes taxes. I’m starting to get the impression that the Republican party aren’t that good at researching people’s backgrounds before introducing them to the world! If the tax thing is right, I doubt Joe the Plumber is too impressed with McCain putting Uncle Sam on his case!
Thanks so much for the kind words. I am honored.
Joe wasn’t very smart to look for 15 minutes of fame. I’m sure he didn’t mean to become a symbol for this election. He couldn’t stop the candidates from pandering to him during the debate.
However, he could have declined all interview requests. I didn’t have to see him offering his political views on CNN. When he moved from private citizen to political actor, he became fair game as he is learning now.
You guys sound like a certain political party. Instead of address the issues that Joe brings you’d rather find a way to make him look bad. Why not answer what he said like at least Obama did. gee you’d think the clintons were still in office.
