Do you believe in Reincarnation?
There is a huge dilemma going on between Eastern Religions and Western disciplines as to whether reincarnation exists or not.
All I can say in a nutshell to this is it really depends from which angle of the Truth you are looking at it from. If you are looking at everything from a linear perspective then you are viewing things through Time in a straight line but if you are looking at Truth from a Cyclic visionary aspect then you can see the cycle of reincarnation as being the most natural occurrence.
I am not here to prove or disprove if reincarnation exists as it is up to the Individual to make his/her own conclusions but there are some startling reports of know persons who claim they have tapped into their past lives. I myself have taken part in past life regression and believe I have existed before, but that is only my biased opinion drawn through my own personal conclusions.
We know of the story between Edgar Cayce and David Wilcock and the stiking resemblance both men have with each other. That is enough to make me believe and have my hairs standing on end.
I like the idea of reincarnation because it makes more sense dealing with cause and effect but not limiting every thing to Karmic reactions as we have Divine Wisdom and other attributes as Compassion that can hep us alter our destinies and assist others to ‘wake up’ from their sleep also.What do you think? meh, not so much for me. I won’t rule it out, but it seems rather far-fetched if you ask me. But I am by no means a spiritual guru either…
I definitely believe in reincarnation for a number of reasons. I would love to be hypnotized and brought back in time to a past life. I think what and who we were in past lives help explain who we are today.
From a scientific point of view, we are all made up of matter, of energy, which isn’t destroyed when we die: it transforms into something else. So why not into another person?
In terms of actual personalities or identities staying intact through this transformation … well.. I’d like to believe it… in fact, I kinda think that my past life was probably a good one, that I am reaping the benefits of me predecessor, in a way. Sometimes I wonder if I’m doing him/her any justice in how I’m living my life. Will things get better or worse once this phase is over? I wonder. …
I am rather curious about past life regression… but at the same time, I don’t know if that knowledge would help me in any way …
So in summary: I might believe, maybe…..
